hi everyone! do you have any money-saving tips with regards to skin care, make-up and fashion? my favourites include: -using extra virgin olive oil as a mask and moisturizer (why pay big $$$ for expensive brands that add olive oil as an extract when u can get the real thing directly from your kitchen) -exfoliate with a soft cloth under the shower to give your face a soft glow -i buy clothes end of the season for the next season (shoes and bags late july, sweaters in feb onwards) -use vaseline on my lips and lashes

Vaseline is an old-school beauty must! I like to slather it on my feet at night and throw some socks on right before I go to sleep. When I wake up in the morning, my feet are exceptionally soft. Shea butter works just as well. I use a little on my lips too. I buy mine from nasabb.com Also, I use Vitamin E and regular honey on my face from time to time as a mask. When I wash it off, my face has an incredible glow and it's really smooth. I use Aloe Vera as a shaving gel for my legs...talk about smooth! I like using the gel because it really hydrates my skin. Lastly, Oatmeal/Honey/Egg masks are great for tightening the skin, closing pores, reducing shine, but the honey in the mask helps keep the skin soft.

I buy a lot of eyeshadows, lip glosses, and eye pencils.so I say around ($10-$15) ANd I keep those same items for months until they run down or get old. (some people find that buying makeup from other places besides department stores work just as good and last just as long)
