prospect for abread shop

Hi there! I think we have one thing in common here. I do as well desire to establish my own bakery or pattisery. Since I like travelling and bakery/pattisery is one the very first place I visit, I wonder what it needs to set up that bussiness. Nope, I dont have my own bakery yet, but I did some digging though.
