Would You Like To Bounce Back From Adversity??

WOne of the critical skills for ongoing success is the ability to bounce back from adversity. Sooner or later in life everyone experiences failure, disappointment, setbacks, or the lack of desire to keep moving forward. Success and failure are neutral concepts. What makes either of them positive or negative in your life is not the event, circumstance, or situation, but what you do with it. Resilience is your ability to keep coming back, again and again and again. No matter how many times life throws you a curve or brings you to your knees, you try again - you try something new, something different, or something old in a new way. You refuse to give in or up. Here Are A Few Ideas To Consider When You Feel Like Quitting: 1. Adversity is temporary. 2. You need it so you could learn a valuable lesson. 3. You need it to be softened by life. 4. You need it to give your life more integrity or character. 5. You need it so you could be an example for others. 6. You need it to rid yourself of some arrogance or ignorance. 7. You need it to grow in some area of your life. 8. You need it so you could learn to laugh at yourself. 9. You need it so you can learn to live in the present. 10. You need it so you can learn to take life less seriously. Hang on to your dreams, no matter how big or small. And, don't let others convince you that you can't do it, won't do it, or shouldn't do it. Be true to yourself and your destiny. You have everything you need, right now, inside of you to carry on. All you have to do is do it.

Thanks Kathy! This message provoked brave man hidden in me. Every statement gives positive approach one can carry over to eliminate fear of decisions. Here I like the statement 8, laughing at self's mistakes and carrying over to do best is really good feeling. Wish you all the best!

I agree with all the points but, I would like to add to it just a little. I believe alot of people spend to much time in trying to get things perfect. In the pursuit of perfection you miss out on the important part of life. Part like happiness. Every one can control and decide how they feel with everything in their life. If you are unhappy you have to ask yourself why? If you can fix the problem then just fix it but, if you have no control over it why should you need to bring yourself down to something that you have no control over. I really beleive we choose how we feel. All one has to do is to work out why you are feeling what you are feeling and change it. It is not easy but EVERYONE can do it. Just set you mind to it and push through the barriers that are stopping you. I hope this helps people out as well.
