jobs anyone?

hi! I am a masscommunication graduate from the Philippines. I have wanted to work in Singapore as an English teacher or a writer perhaps... Does anybody know a company looking for one in Singapore? so I can send in my resume and application letter through their website... help!

There are plenty of jobs around. The problem is there are so many more applicants that the employers are spoilt for choices. I am curious. Having been living in Singapore all my life, I am interested to see how people outside Singapore view Singapore in general. Can you kindly give me an insight to why you would want to choose Singapore to start your career? What opportunities does Singapore offer that you cannot find in your home town? How can working in Singapore be better than where you are from, especially when you can be with your family and friends all the time as compared to when you come over here to work? I am not trying to probe, just wanted to gain a perspective of why Singapore is a land of opportunities from an outside point of view. Please enlighten.

i wanted to work in Singapore eversince i visited your country last feb 2007..and I totally enjoyed the place,the people are so warm and very accommodating. Let's just say that I feel inlove with the place especially Sentosa. There have been a lot of opportunities that Singapore has offered not found in our country. They offer better health or hospitalization benefits. You are obliged to have your own bank account deducted directly from your pay. I know this because I have a friend of mine who works in Singapore as a writer for a Christian magazine..The Navigator. Employers are way better and not to mention Singapore pays much higher compared to the Philippines. My friends and family are really supportive of me to work outside far from them as long as I am happy where I am.. A friends of mine is also helping me to find a job in Singapore but it's just so difficult as what she said.
