Does use of "Garlic" in any form in our food cuts "CHOLESTEROL"?

The benfit of garlic is that it contains compounds..anti-oxidants that lower the liver's production of cholesterol. So it helps in preventing bad cholesterol or LDL from oxidizing, which reduces build up in the arteries. However, it is not an overall cure for bad cholesterol. So it doesn't hurt to eat more garlic, but if someone already has bad cholesterol, they need to see a doctor too.

apparently, one of the enzimes within Garlic can help to cut cholesterol, but the amount you have to eat of it renders it ineffectual. It seems you would need to eat 8 whole bulbs a day to make it work blessed be
