a month ago i was diagnosed of Iron defeciency anemia and im wondering how many kinds of anemia existing in our human body? just a question?

there are many kinds 1- Iron defieceny anemia 2-Hemolytic anemia (in which hemolysis of the RBC's occur) 3-thalassemia (alpha&beta)(in alpha thalassemia there is a defect in synthesis the alpha chain of the Hb molecule while in beta thalassemia there is a defect in synthesis the beta chain) 4-sickle cell anemia (sickling of RBC's) 5-spherocytosis(the RBC's takes the shape of spheres and not the normal biconcave disc)

i got an a anemia but i dont know which kind!hahaha my white blood count is lower than the normal count for females.. i know it doesnt sound funny but there is no worry cry over it.. am taking iron too!
