What do i do now?

Hi my friends in gym are taking supplements now and are lifting more weight than me. Earlair they were lifting same as of me. Now they r on supplements and can lift more weight. I feel some how that iam lagging behind and i need to take some action to cope up with them. What do u all think should i take supplents also? Is it harmfull to health?

Wether it is harmful or not depends on the suplements. I would not worry much about lifting less than your friends. Is not the point of going to the gym to keep fit and healthy? or is the point to be better than the rest?

yeah i got your point. But we exersixe together and there is always a sense of competetion.For Example, Its like we 3 friends exersixe and two of them lifts 20kgs dumbell and me 15 kgs. So i feel that something is wrong with me. I know i sound foolish but iam geeting depressed. Anyways thanks for responding Cheers, Tutul

I understand that is no fun. But you'll have the satisfaction your results are due to you and only you, not to some potentially dangerous suplement :-)

I have taken some before and it did not prove better to me. I think it's not advisable. I was a regular member of a gym before and I do the work out regularly. But since I got a job, I just go to the gym when I feel that I am becoming weak and need to work out. I have a weight at home which I use for regular exercise.

hmm thanks for the advice. u look in good shape in the photo. My friends says that it increases the stamina and u can workout more without getting tired too much. And also it increases the size. Well i have heard it has lot of side effects and doctors always advice not to take it. I do some training in gym ang some tips from you will surlely help.
