Call Centres From Hell? / myLot

Hi guys, please tell me about your bad experiences with call centres, I work in the industry and am interested in what bad experiences you have had. I am also interested in what has happened that you may have felt was really good and unexpected from your original call. You could have been phoning about your PC, your insurance, banking or even your Cellphone/Mobile phone.

Am also currently working in a call center here in the Philippines. And I guess am just lucky to be given a not so stressful task. Coz unlike most of the call center eReps who do lots of cold callings, I just wait for calls to get in and have them transfered to the right people. Am just working as a system operator for all my client's business which are based in Kentucky. And I don't get much calls recently since the system is quite new and the technical people there are still fixing stuffs and the phone system there.

Hi Rexy, thanks for the response. It sound like you are working in a typical call centre where nothing quite works as it is supposed to and the IT department are always trying to fix it.lol

Well I haven't had any bad experiences in any call center and I hope I don't have one ever.
