Health care

Some people may not like what I'm about to say and please fill my e-mail box with complaints. If you could get free health care, but it caused your taxes to go up, would you go for it?
I would. I take an extemmely expensive medicine for seizures that's keeping me alive by the way and consequently, can't afford to do things I would like to do. I actually have to get groceries from my granfma on lena times. My health care program only covers it marginally. If it covered it a lot more or was free, my husband and I could afford to live.
So, I work in front of the computer for 10 hours a day writing and trying to make money. I have been barred from getting a job outside the home due to my seizures.
That's my deal. Cannot wait for 2008.

Yes if I could get free health care & just have to worry about taxes...I would go for.That's what is keeping me from going to the doctor now...no insurance.

Actually we already pay taxes for medical. The problem is after we pay those taxes they say we make to much money to qualify for that medical. I think the goverment should take all that money they give away in grants to the hospitals and rich people should go for it.

when it comes to health, do we have any other choice, specially if we are really suffering from some kind of sickness. I think you should talk to some social institution or such other orgainisations who can help you. After all you have a reason to aske for help. You can also talk to your health care centre and try to explain to them your problems. I think if you keep on going to them and requesting them to help you out of this problem they will finally look into it and help you. So don't give up, keep forcing them to look into your life and your problems. Best of luck.
