Hello everybody. I thought I would start a topic about Forex Trading so people who are just getting startet with this cand now where to begin. First of all, it's not easy, as one might think, making money in this business is harder than said. Most people end up loosing it. Beginners should start on a demo account, and develop their own trading sistem. There is much to be said about forex, but the best way to accumulate information is by reading it. So, I reccomend taking a look at this site: www.babyipips.com. It's a forex learning/trading site, with lots of usefull features and information. The site is divided into categories, the most important ones being: School, Blogs, Forums, and Forexpedia. At School, you cand read some very educative lessons which give you a clearer picture on what forex is about and how to start trading it. The Blogs section is updated daily with overviews of the major currencies, providing usefull information and trading ideas for the day. The Forums section is home to many forums, on diverse topics, ranging from techincal to fundamental market analisys, to trading sistems that users share. Forexpedia is a wiki where users can post usefull articles and help each other understand everything they need to now about Forex Trading. Also, you can find here a Glossary, which lists lost of forex related terms. I encourage every beginner to visit this site and read the School section carefully. It helped me a lot and it still does, whenever I need information.

Hello, A good start would be to check out the Scool Section on the site. There is plenty of usefull information, well explained, categorized in "lessons". Read through them, and gradually you'll get a good understanding of what forex is about. You should open an account at a broker of your choice, and practice on a demo account for the time being. I use marketiva. Once you get the basics of it, you can check out the forums on babypips, there are many people there who give great advice. Best of luck!

:) If you mean that through religious practice you could get a gain in your business, be it Forex or something else, I really don't know. I am a christian orthodox however, and praying for riches and materialistic wishes seems a little shallow to me. Even so, i want to avoid looking like an hypocrit, so I do recognize the fact that being sucessfull in my ventures is one of my top priorities. PS: There were some mistakes in my first post, sorry, i posted it preety late last evening. :P The correct link is www.babypips.com

Thanks for those tips and the cool website. I heard they revamped their School section lately so I checked it out again. And true enough, I found a lot of new content and features. They even have a progress bar and a bunch of cheat sheets so you don't have to remember all those rules, you just have to bookmark the important pages so you can visit them again anytime. Plus, most of the pages are packed with a lot of funny images and corny jokes. Pretty entertaining and very informative at the same time. Very ideal for learning because it's not boring at all! http://www.babypips.com/school
