Making right decisions - Is it easy?

Making the right decision is the right thing to do. But many times the decisions we make are governed or influenced by circumstances, situations. Even the people around us influenced our decision making. I feel this should not be so. We need to make decisions because they are right. Not because they are popular. Not because of what people will think of us. What is your view about having to make the right decisions. How has it affected your life?

You can't always make the right decission, actually there no such thing as a right or wrong decission. You just have to make a decission and make the best of the outcome.

What I meant to say is that we actually know the decision to make for the better of ourself. But because we choose not to offend others or feels that others will think badly of us, we allow our decisions to veer off. It is still a decision though. Only thing I feel is that I'd like to make decisions because I am comfortable with it. After all, I got to live on with whatever decisions I make.

No it's not that that easy. Perhaps I would agree to what you were saying that we were influneced by our historicity that dictates our preference.

It is not easy for me to make right decisions many times. It was just like what you have mentioned. But you are right. The right decision is the right thing to do. Why should my decisions be influenced by others or outside circumstances. Thank you for this discussion. I have learned from it.
