What kind of horses do you think is the fastest?

I love Mustangs and yes they are fast and know how to run on most gound weather rocky muddy od hard packed.But boy those quarter horses and thourgh breds can run have ya watched the races?

proven by who I would like to know because I really don't know and would like to decide which to choose and get it over with by decision of mustang or thorough breeds

It depend on what size track or how long your race is.Probably the thourobred is.Their time is usually better the a standardbred but to be fair the standardbred is pulling a bike or sulky behind with a human on that.

As I understand it a Quarter horse has recorded the fastest speed of 20 m/s but they lack the stamina of the English thoroughbreds which can maintain almost the same speed 17.78m/s for far longer. all the best urban
