Blackmagic or what?

I stay in a independent villa of my own and have a huge open terrace. I go on to my terrace everyday for a stroll. Since a few days, i have noticed that there are some lemons pricked with some ball-headed pins poked into it fallen on there.Also today I found a ball shaped bag with cooked rice in it, with added turmeric and vermillion.
That makes me feel suspicous.
Is it blackmagic? Who may be the one doing it? what are his intentions? What do i do?
Can anyone share their views?

Black magic (or white magic, for that matter) can have an effect on you if you believe in it. Our mind has tremendous power, and it's our mind that can make us sick or, conversely, heal us. But again, it really comes down to what you believe.
