how do you get ratings? I mean, I logged in some days ago, participated in some discussions, and next things I know, I see a star beside my name with a number 5. Then I logged in the next day, and I see a star with number 7. How did they happen? And I read of some discussions where people are complaining that they used to be 97/100 and are now 95/100. What's that? And how did it happen? Please enlighten me. Thanks. ^_^

Firstly, never call your self stupid!.. Everyone had questions when they were new in MyLot! Have more confidence in yourself! =) Secondly, MyLot assigns each user with ratings after they have 100 Responses. The ratings are simply to inform the MyLot community of how much quality goes into your writing. If your responses are limited to "Yes" or "No" or "Congrats".. the MyLot community won't "respect" your responses that well. However, if you write your responses with lots of fasinating opinions then the MyLot community will respect your comments. The star ratings are based on how people of MyLot rate you. See those "+"'s and "-"'s next to each response? That is where you have the chance to rate a persons comment. It used to be believed that the higher your star rating then the more money you got but I think this is not true. Have fun in MyLot!..
