Tragic accident on a rainy day

This happened a few weeks ago, but I can't seem to get it out of my mind. It was raining and a woman went out in her car with her two children one evening. Then as she was driving, she could not avoid hitting a person who was in the middle of the road. She got out of the car and went towards the person she had hit, laying on the road and then she could not believe her eyes when they turned her around. It was her mother! It is bad enough to hit somebody, but very traumatic when it is somebody from your own family! The driver and her two children needed psychologic attention of course. They did not know what the mother was doing out on a rainy night.
