ikobo? is it better then paypal?

I saw this site uses ikobo and paypal i just signed up for a ikobo account. I was wondering which is better does one take a bigger percentage of the money. I'm not sure if ikobo is a brand new company or not because i've never heard of it so i figured i'd ask here and maybe some of you know.

isn't ikobo the one for other countries? I know I read somewhere that there was a company like paypal that was specifically for countries other than the US. I could be wrong though so don't quote me on it!
