Easy creamy peanut butter fudge

3/4 cup evaporated milk 2 cups sugar 2 tbsp real butter 1 1/8 cup peanut butter 2 cups marshmallow cream 1 tsp vanilla extract(pure or imitation) Lightly butter (or pam) an 8 x 8 glass dish. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, sugar and butter. Bring to a rolling boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat then stir in peanut butter, marshmallow cream and vanilla until well blended. Pour and press into the buttered 8 x 8 dish and let cool. Cut into your desired sizes and enjoy! This is so easy to make it will disappear almost as fast as you made it.

This sounds really good. I use a similar recipie but it calls for butterscotch chips in it. I will give this a try and see how I like it also. Thanks!!!!!!

ooh, that sounds good too. My hubby loves anything with butterscotch. I will have to try it with butterscotch chips. thanks for idea!

lol, I love peanut butter as well. I add some into my brownies along with carmel. Yummy. Peanut butter is great on ice cream too. This recipe is as close I could come to my Grandma's Peanut Butter Fudge recipe so I am sticking with it. Hope you enjoy.
