Hips and legs?

my cousins body from the top part is fine but her hips are really big and wide and her legs from the top and bottom are fat but her stomack is fine she wants to get thin in 2 weeks or quieker anyway u could reduce plus her butt is big too. Plz Help....

tell her to jog everyday, and cut off all the sweets, that will get rid of at LEAST some of her problem. it will do so much better if she really sticks to it and does it right. if she does decide to run everyday, tell her to stretch really good before she does.

exercise - exercise is essential to a healthier body
Your cousin should determine first if she's overweight or not, according to tyour post, her stomach is fine so i think her body is just pear-shaped. Maybe she just needs to exercise more on her lower body to make it firm.

Your friend should consult a doctor or nutritionist first. If she isn't overweight, than she shouldn't lose weight. Many women perceive that their butt or thighs are too big, when really they aren't. There is no safe way to lose weight in 2 weeks or less. Doctors recommend losing weight at the rate of 1-2 lbs. per week, by eating healthy and exercising. "Get thin quick" diets never work, and never stick. Here's another point to ponder- women who have belly fat are at higher risk for heart disease, but women who carry their fat in their hips and thighs are at lower risk for heart disease. So your friend might actually be lucky.
