how can i lose weight fast?

what food do i have to eat, excercises i have to do to lose at least 10 lbs. in 2 weeks? :-)

well... keep exercising and eat healthy. Cut carbs from your diet and consume more protien. It will take a lot of will power though. So over all, you need to expend more calories that you take in. Good luck. I hope you reach your goals.

For food diet, I think you can just maintain by a cup of food a piece on your plate (rice/variands or try go on fruits or vegetables only). Always avoid foods that are containing too much fat, always go natural on your diet. For excercises, I think the best way to burn fats would be on the stairs, climbing up and down. Jog along the neighborhood, walk or maybe try skip ropes.

ok. I am not one for fad diets, but I do know one that is not harmful and you will lose the weight. Look up the 7 day cabbage diet on the internet. It was originally given out by the American Heart Association. I know you will be getting married soon and that is the only reason I am really answering this. best of luck
