having a baby feels different for each woman. but these days pain relief is so much improved on what it used to be. the main thing is pain that is like bad period pain and I'm sure you cope with that often enough, although it is hard to believe but the bit that the baby comes out of actually has few nerve endings so does not feel pain, and the actual delivery when the baby finally comes out only lasts seconds. try to stay relaxed, you are designed to give birth, it is what yur body is built to do, it is like anything we do t he first time - scary because we don't know what to expect. just ask for all the pain relief that is on offer and remember that the birth is only a small part of the pregnancy and the rest of you life with yur child.

Sis,don't be afriad.Just don't think of pain in giving birth because it makes you sick and besides it will be difficult for you to be preganant.Just imagine how many mother or women experienced pregnancy, what happened to them? They are happy now, right?like me,i gave birth a healthy son. When you see the fruits of your labor, every pain just vanish.good luck!

You do not have to worry about it. There were a plenty of women before you who gave birth to a child :) YOu must be sure that you will have a baby, and you will have :)

Yes it is very painfull, but I wanted to feel this pain. After my son was born I could not imagine, that I will give birth to a child once again. But I think the women forget this pain. I think the nature wants us to forget :)
Never forget that so many women did it before you, even younger ones!

just don't listen to the other stories! every woman has her own feelings, pain, fear etc. and as soon as you hold your babt it is gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and when you go to the hospital they can give you something for the pain, so don't worry be happy!
if you worry already it is possibly not to get pregnant at all. and if you are married next year, you don't have to be pregnant right away, you can also wait a couple of years, when you're feeling says yes, you go for it!
and remember milions of woman gave birth to a lot of kids!

Like you, I too was afraid of giving birth for the first time! But I got through it and I had another baby 3 years later. The fear of giving birth that I had was not there the second time around as I found out I can do it. And I'm sure you can too! After all, women are made to have babies. :)

birth is a mystery surrounded my awe and fear. no-one can accurately tell you how it is or will be like. the feeling is unique to each individual. there are bad days and good in pregnancy as well as in raising children. there are good experiences and bad in every single labor. it isn't either all good or all bad in my opinion. yes most people do experience a degree of pain. tho the love and amazement is so much more prevalent than any pain. the feeling of seeing and holding that child for the first time is so completely overwhelming that you can't help but tremble and cry with amazement. the pride is unbelievable. no, having children isn't for everyone but if fear is the only thing holding you back then i say let go of your fears and feel what your true desire is in your heart.
