Little tips for health ???

Do you guys have some little tips for improving your health, it should be something which you can do easily everyday ,but the effect is huge when times go by... For me , i have a tips, that is to drink two cups of water just after you wake up but before you eat anything, in doing so, my toxins in your bodies can be diluted and excretd out of the body in the begining of the day and I feel fresh for the whole day. Anyone has more tips???

I've read books on nutrition, and I still love and eat junk food! however! I eat proteins and carbs in the same proportion and don't mind the fat... and that has turned into Energy + Hitness + Health :P

yeah me too.,,i alsol like to eat junk food, that is why I have much fat accumulate in my body and it is not healthy

I eat almond nuts for snacks. Not only it is high in vitamin E, it also lowers bad cholesterol (LDL) while increasing good cholesterol (HDL).

drink more juice and milk, orange juice is the best for you it has alot of vitamin c and it also give you good appetizes, help your body alot. you should try that sometime works great
