bad holiday

Well mine was all bad for the past 2 years. first my honeymoon. i had a stomach virus the whole time. i didnt enjoy much of that week. last year june, we went on a weekend getaway. and what do you know. i was barfing again and was sick the whole time. in december we took 2 weeks to take a safari holiday in the bushveld. and then the terror struck. one of my fillings fell out of my tooth. horror horror. i couldnt sleep, swim, talk or eat out with the family. the pain was unbearable. and if that wasnt enough, i fell from the stair right onto my knee which was operated on. couldnt walk either. i have 3 fears in life now. water, small spaces and vacations. lol.

I did when I was a kid I went to visit my Uncle Rob and he lived on a beach. Well my sister and I fell asleep on the beach and got burnt really bad. And my uncle had a leather sofa and because of all the cream we had to put on we stuck to the sofa it hurt so bad.

One holiday, my friends decided to go river trekking. I was working on a shifting schedule, so I needed to file a leave just to be with them. We went to the mountain trekking park. When we got there, we were advised to book our selves. However they said we can't join the first batch who went to the activity since several participants were present. It means we need to come back some other time. The excitement we had all were shattered. So to ease the pain we felt in our hearts we went for an hour of horse backriding. Then we took some pictures of the resort. We never had the chance to do it all again. I hope one of this days I can coemback and go on to river trekking.
