John Wayne fans

I watched a movie quite sometime ago and Walter Brennen was in it with John Wayne and I think Ward Bond too. Walter Brennen played a character named Coffee. I can't remember the name of the movie and have looked every where and can't find it. Would there happen to be anyone out there who can help me with this?

Is it Rio Bravo? it stars Wayne, Brennen and Ward Bond. Walter Brennen's name is Stumpy. Wayne helps Dean Martin keep a bad guy in jail until the State Marshals come. Is this it?If so, Turner Classic Movies plays it from time to time or you can Net Flix it. Good Luck.

Was it Red River. John Wayne and Montgomery Cliff lead a cattle drive. Walter Brennan played a cook in this film, but I/m not sure what his name was.

Nope that's not it either. In the one I'm looking for Walter Brennen plays a character named Coffee because he's the cook. It's probably been 25 years ago or more that I seen it.

Isn't it by accident Brannigan? I know that this movie in it's long title is John Wayne's Brannigan, so it could be that one. I know it because my grandfather had it on tape, haven't watched it though.

Nope that's not it. Walter Brennen played a cook in a either in a wagon train or they might have been herding cattle somewhere so it was a western.
