I never used to cry - I guess I felt it was a sign of weakness. Recently I have been through a lot with losing people close to me and friends and family being very ill in hospital, I have allowed myself to crywhen I have been with other people crying and I've found that I feel better afterwards. I now cry when I think about someone I've lost and it is so natural that I think it's a shame I didn't do it for such a long time.

Its a mix feelings and good to hear now that you don't see tears as kind of being weak. This is a human emotions and should be out.

I do not know if it is proven to be healthy by medical professionals. But when I cry I feel better. I agree with you there is something about the tears that helps cleanse my eyes. But also I feel better emotionaly when I cry and let my tears out. I just wish I always had someone around to comfort me when I cry.

Well having someone to comfort you when you are in tears makes it more good. But i prefer to cry alone he he he, i am always hiding my emotions when it comes to crying i don't know why. Love to cry alone when i'm in bed and everybody is sleeping. am i weird? its just a feeling i love.

I wonder why women have beautiful eyes. Is it they cry a lot? Anyway, I agreee with you that tears is the natural cleansing fluid for our eyes. It helps lubricate the eyes too.

women i guess have shallow emotions or maybe we can say that they are emotional. This is also healthy in letting their feelings out and they will not have heart attacks. he he he, friend just told me that men can get more heart attack because they are suppresing their emotions especially when sad.
