What's your Favorite

Oh, I love pie. I'm not much of a cake fan, so pies are high up there on my list of favorite desserts. My favorite types of pie are key lime and strawberry rhubrab. As for the kind of crusts I like, I think as long as it goes well with the filling, either is fine by me. I do prefer fruit pies over cream pies most of the time. Also, I think fruit pies are the easiest to make. For instance, apple pies are pretty easy to make as long as you don't mind peeling the apples. Berry pies are even easier if you use premade crust.

I think pumpkin is the easiest to make. At least for me it is :) I use the Libby's can that just needs milk and eggs added. Mix it up and pour it in the pie shell. I even buy the ready made shells! It tastes wonderful and no one even knows you didn't spend tons of time making it!
