Well a few days ago I was reading a post and that person said that one character form Grey's Anatomy will be leaving. When I first heard this I was completely against this, but apparently it might be true. I was in class today and my teacher brought the show up and said they wanted to do a spin-off with Addison. I personally don't think that her character is a strong enough character to do a spin-off for, what do you guys think?

Aww, man! I didn't know she was leaving. I hated her when she first showed up...but I really like her now. Is her new show gonna be like Strong Medicine? I think she should stay put.

I love Addison and I'm curious as to how they are doing this. She said on ET that it's going to be a 2 hour Grey's special and it will start out with her going to this new hospital and then spin from there. If it is centered around her specialty of GYN and not just a hospital I'll love that even more.

How the hell are they going to do that?! You can't just have her leave in the beginning of the episode! On the last episode and many episodes before that they never mentioned her leaving. Even though I don't agree with her leaving I hope she does well. I hope she doesn't end up like Joey's show "Joey" poor him.

i thought addison was this complete antagonist but hey, she's very effective. lol. i am glad there's a spin off of the show. i hope it'll be available in the local channels here in phils. =)
go addision. too bad, she and alex won't be able to hook up.

I just can't see her as carrying a show by herself. I don't think she plays a big enough part of G.A. as it is.
And I really don't think she is that great of an actress. She plays her role well as is but I don't want to see her in anything else, even if it is medical themed.

maybe a possibility for a spin off but they will have to develop her character more on the show

I welcome the Addison spin-off. She is actually a character I prefer over Meredith.

I heard this too. I agree with you that Addison isn't a strong enough character. I think the only reason she may be leaving is if Sloan keeps his bet with her and they move back to New York together

Yeah difinitely not! Her character's a little boring and super ugly! I don't know how much ugliness has to do with having a successful show but I personally don't want to have to look at her more than I already have to on Grey's Anatomy! Sorry!
