we wanna buy an old house

hey guys how r u doing?hope everything fine with you all....we are a couple in their 40's and have 2 teen kids and we all love germany with its great views and people...my husband and I have decided to purchase some old building but full of character,also with some land around it,lets say above 1000 sqm ,for our retirement....well we still work and we don't plan to move in next 10 years or so but we will have plenty of time to renovate the property and make it the house of our dreams little by little..we have lived all our life in a small apartment and we've had enough hahaa...we are looking for a spacious old property to make it our home and rise our grandchildren in peace..we have heard about LEIBRENTE buying..can you tell us what that is about?please drop a mail if anyone can help,we thank you from all heart and hope to hear from you soon...best wishes from Iulia.....mail at iulia_1967@yahoo.com
