I have my own nails. I cant afford the upkeep on false ones. I've rarely had long nails as mine just break and split. But a coupl eof months ago I discovered Dr LeWinn's Revitanail (you mentioned it in reply to someone else) and it's the best thing I've ever used. I finally have nails that grow past the tips of my fingers! They still break when too long but I can keep them longer than usual :) I just received the whole Dr LeWinn's luxury nail kit and am going to start the whole regime :)

I was a nail biter for years.I remember my mother used to bribe me to stop me from biting them.It didn't work lol.These days though I have long,strong nails.I still tend to bite them when I'm stressed though.
