How long does it take the administrators to answer a querie?

I advised the administrators that I wasn't getting advice when my friends started discussions. How long do you think it will take for them to reply? It's so embarrassing not getting the e-mails.

I never email them...so I guess they should within 48 hours.

Without my e-mail advice I have to go into various discussion subtitles to make sure I address what needs to be addressed, it's very time consuming.

Base on my experience mipen I think it is more than a week before they respond to your inquiries. But to be sure try to send another message so that they knew it is not still working. I really hope they will respond to you as soon as possible.
