Ha ve a rest

Yes! naturally about an hour sleep is spared as rest after taking lunch! What about you?

Since I go to bed at 11 p.m. and I get up at 5 a.m. and I do exercises for 1 hr 30 minutes, I need to rest for 30 minutes to 45 minutes in the afternoon to recharge the energy.

hi,previously not,but after crossed age 40's,i slowly addicting to have a rest of 10-15 minutes after lunch.

I certainly do. I think the sugar level dips immediately after we stop eating and this makes us all sleepy. It is therefore necessary for us to sleep

Nope. Am working on computer and housechores and eating and continuing. Don't eat a large amount that would load me down so that I would need to stop what I am doing. Even if out and about, we eat and go. Maybe take a moment to relax and talk before going off to our next stop or home. But no, we do not rest or siesta or sleep after a meal at lunchtime.

when i work, no. my dad is like those people who wants work done. after lunch, we talk for like another 3min and its back to work. at home, i do rest a little while before i do all my work at home things. like homework.

I generally eat my lunch and read while I am eating. Then I go out to the car and lay the seat back and take a small nap.

I will try to have a quick lunch and have a 20min nap. A power nap can pull me thru the day if I am very tied else it is going to be a very long day to stay awake for the day. After a heavy meal, that will make it worst..
