If there's something you problemized and want to change

Hello ,lonely . There is this one issue I did not deal with in an effective way . It must have been in 2002 , some dirty neighbor started making up stuff about me and releasing it into the community . The usual way to deal with this is to confront them and hit them . I thought of a "creative" way to resolve the problem .I thought , let people hear what this idiot was doing and let them see what a dirty neighbor they were ,that way he would have 'dug his own grave ',without any intervention on my part .But the idea backfired ,and the guy kept insisting on what he was saying (for years) so much that the community BELIEVED HIM !!! I learned that with people creative stuff does not work , always better to do things the old fashioned way because it's what everybody understands and can relate to .

I want to change anger from my life. Sometime it has caused me pain. So I want to change this behavioral part from my life. But I do not know how to change. Can you please suggest me any means. What did you do when you were in grade 6th is not clear, can you define it, if it does not matter much.

if there is something that i want to change in my life i would go back to the year august-2005 that is the day when i first met my girl. i love her so much that i want to spend the rest of my life with her, but things went wrong when another girl came into my life and destroyed everything, i wish i never met those persons. they make my life so messy and difficult to build again.
