You want a good health? Here is what a 'herbs man' told me. What you have to, in sequence, are: 1. Detoxify you body - He meant cleans your body from all toxic. His way of cleansing the body is cleaning stomach or intestine. 2. Fill your body with neutritions - He meant after you body has cleaned, you have to eat good food. Clean tummy and intestine enable your body to absorb all the neutrient. If you eat good food but your tummy and body condensed with toxic then the food will be just a waste, its enter your system and goes out without giving good effect to your body. Good food without absorbtion just a waste of money and time he said. 3. When you do 2 things above then you can enjoy a good health. I agree with what he told me, I believe it works. I always believe, as he stated, a good health starts with a clean tummy/body. 1. What is your opinion about the herbs man secret above? 2. Do you agree? 3. Or, you have other ways to ensure a good health?

Good health means good physics and mental also.pranayams helps us in mentaining pease of mind.It provides fresh oxygen to our blood and throwing toxic gases out of blood by perspiration or urine or stool,and keeps our body healthy.

The herbal man is right. Detoxification of the body is long process and not just cleaning the intestine/stomach. To detoxify effectively, Must quit drinking coffee/tea/alchohol, completely stop smoking, eat only vegetarian food practice yoga , breathing fresh air.

The herb man suggest a herb pill. But, the basic principle is we have to eat a type of fruit or vegie that can make us poo everyday. If we can every morning. I eat prune every morning before breakfast, it works for me. When we poo toxic will go out. If we not poo 'efficiently' the gas and bad chemical in the poo that trap in our body will sip into our body and harm the body in long term.

Definitely I want to be healthy. Months ago I did try to detoxify by just eating fruits and vegetables. It is not an easy thing to do especially when you are used to eating food that just clog your system. I may not have detoxified completely but at least I have improved in terms of choosing the right sustenance for the body. One healthy way to start is drinking apple cider vinegar with honey first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Apple cider vinegar is full of nutrients and essential amino acids that is beneficial to the body. It can treat bladder infection, sore throats, menstrual disorders and more. It also promotes weight loss and improves circulation.

Mmm, some people told me this way too. Tese people suggest drinking several liters (I am rigt?) of plain water as soon as we wake up in the morning. I think this way works too, there are testimonials. If we search in internet we might find explanation for this detox method!
