Parents with children

Now a days both mother and father are employed and are coming from the duties late night sometimes. Children want to play and want to be enjoyable with them. That lacks today and they are getting depression by not spending minimum time for them. What is the remedy for the solution?

It's the problem of India. As long as people are not supporting the joint family system, the problem is rising in every corner of the country. Unless the society itself feels the Importance of Joint Family then only we can laid the curtains for the problem. But who ties the bell to cat?
