Bill Clinton is better. The only thing I know Clinton has involved in controversy is about Monica Lewinsky. But Bush, hmmmn... I heard a lot of complaints of American people to his administration.

I am not an american citizen but i like Bill Clinton though he has some shortcomings but at least he makes friends with othe countries. He does have good diplomatic ties with muslim countries.
