Bless you, it's a good bruise. Your really need to be careful walking about in your socks, and take care that it doesn't go funny, keep putting that antibiotic cream on. Do you think you should tell Mel before she sees you tomorrow perhaps?

Ouchie ... Uh - anyone in the mood to drag her to the hospital? I'd say blindfold her so that she doesn't have to see where she's going, but the blindfold would obstruct treatment. At least it was just near the eye & not the eye itself.

Ouch, ouch, ouch:-(( What is usually described as a "right shiner" I would say. Is it as painful as it looks? I had one like that once - caused by a drunken friend dropping me on my head(LOL!), at a student party about 25 years ago!!! He was giving me a "fireman's lift" - can't remember why now - and some idiot came up behind him, and tickled him - causing him to drop me. Ah - those were the good old days!!! Anyway - I hope that clears up soon. Take care.

oh wow -- thats bad--- it looks painful. my husband laughs at me when i do stupid stuff like that...lol. Like i said try putting hot compresses on the bruise - it helps the bruise go away faster (I used a heating pad- it helped). Hope you are better soon.

I was horrified when I read that email notification from mylot but felt relieved that your eye is ok. You have a lovely ' dressing '. The important thing now is you are better. Thank goodness nothing serious happened. Hugs.

What are you like eh! I hope you got lots of TLC for your trouble? I think it's your pride that gets hurts the most. I fell off my bike last October and I didn't realize the damage I had caused myself, I was more worried that no one had seen me! I had to go to casualty the day after! Hope you get onto the road to recovery soon x

I remember the time I blackened my eye when I hit on the side of a car when rushing to get inside. My eye was purple and the cheekbone was a pretty site too. I wore big glasses to cover it up because there wasn't enough make-up in the world to disguise that one. I am happy to hear that the wound is on the mend. Hopefully you won't have a nasty scar as a reminder.

I just took a close up look at the photo and it sure looks sore. You are so lucky that you didn't lose your eye. It looks like you barely missed it. Have a good nights sleep and hopefully it will begin to feel better to-morrow.

LOL. I seen your post earlier but I was totally lost as to what was going on because I have been away from my computer for a couple of days. I get the impression you had an accident and I am wanting to see the picture to see what happened to you. I hope you get better on whatever the accident was. Hi sweets its looks like it hurts. I hope it doesnt. Yes you did a good job on it all right.I dont think you should put that tinted moiturizer on it because it could get infected. You have to keep it clean.
