I recently saw and commented on a discussion about www.Myspace.com and why people are having a hard time signing on like myself and other artists. Apparently, there are four families blaming myspace.com for not protecting there underaged children from predators at this site. Firstly, I feel that if there are parents who aren't strong enough to care about what their children are doing on the net, they should/ or are unfit parents. Secondly, For them to blame someone/ something (namely a website) for their faults and flaws... makes them unfit!!
I'm putting together this petition together for websites like www.Myspace.com from being closed down. If anyone closes this site down, others might follow the same fate. All those who agree say I. Any oppose?

I do not see how MySpace would ever close down after it has been bought for several millions of dollars.
I do agree with you on the parents not being good parents. It is their fault their children are not protected.

I am personally tired of people complaining about content on sites such as Myspace. It seems they are making it everyone else's problem when it is really their own. They are not living up to their responsibility of parents by blaming these sites. I have a son who is not old enough yet to be on the computer, but our computer is in the family room where it can be monitored.

That's what happens some of these parents who give up teaching their children the difference between right and wrong. Some of them assume that their children have been taught enough. I know this because one of my parents stopped, I was lucky that the other didn't give up on me!
