Yes, it happened to me too. My own fault and due lack of informations. It took me almost a year to solve it. First, I have to wait about 6 months for them to review the case. Lotsa emails, faxed all documents they need....then waited again. More emails and more documents....phew. I kept on going because I have some money in my paypal account and I want my money back. But I'm glad that it solved and got my money back and we all back in track for now. By the way, if you ever open an paypal account makes sure that your name is exactly the same/match with your name that written on your bank account, otherwise you won't be able to withdrawl your money and it will take a very very looooong process to restore it.

I have had problems with them in the past and am hoping that I don't have a problem with them again . I have an account out there with money in it that I can't get into as they won't let me . I went to try and get into my account one day and it kept telling me my password was wrong . I know my password was not wrong and tried calling them . They asked me a bunch of questions and even though I had all the answer right they still said they couldn't be sure that I was really who I said I was and they had to protect the owner of the account . In the end after many hours of this foolishness they froze my account and I have never been able to get back into it , so I lost all the money I had in it . Personally I don't know anyone else this happened to but it does make me a little leary of them now .

IT happens only if some of your buyers complain or you do sometihng wrong. happend to me. Let me give you an advise. Dont let it happen. Paypal has aa very very very bad customer service. They dont even have a toll free number.
