do you have one in your town? we have an amazing centre. we haven't been for over 6 months and we went today to their new location and it was amazing. they have two different play rooms. one is all the big toys like slides and tubes to crawl through and stuff like that. they offer yoga for parents and kids to do together and so many other activities. they have family circle time, kind of like show and tell. and cooking activities, song and rhyme time and so much more. if you go to a play centre, what type of activities do you do?

I wish we had one here,I've been bringing it up for the last 2 years at the PTA meetings but they say we don't have the funds,I told them the City should pay for it,we live in such a small community that there's nothing really for parents with smaller children to do,I think it would be great if we could get the city to fund one for us.

good for you for trying, don't give up, you never know, one day it might happen and people will have you to thank for not giving up.

We really don't have one. There is a so called community center for troubled kids. This is not a place where I would take my child. I am middle class working American and there is nothing really for us as far as a community center. I am glad that you have a place to go with your child. It really sounds great.

it is a great place. it's only geared for mostly preeschool kids. so it's great to go with babies and toddlers. you get to get out with your little ones and actually get to talk to other adults who are there with their kids. so it's great for us mom's as well.

Oh that sounds SOOO cool! We don't have anything here like that. I sure wish we did, though. Everything here is expensive. We have a place that you can go and pay $10 and jump in those big blow up houses. But, it's $10 per child. I hope there are more things to do for kids when we get moved to Florida
