Do you have anger illness?

Do you... 1. Feel as though your anger often rises to a point of no return where controlling it is hopeless? 2. Have difficulty sleeping? 3. Have diffculty concentrating? 4. Have low-esteem? 5. Have periods of tearfulness? 6. Have frequent low mood? 7. Have a sense of hopelessness about the future? 8. Have less interest in activites (e.g. hobbies or work) that once brought you pleasure? If you answered "YES" to at least three of these questions, then you may have the "anger illness." I answered yes to 3 out of the 8 questions. I have a terrible mood swing and prone to tears. Lately, I'm also losing my ability to enjoy doing my paper clay works. Must be my hormones. PS: Thank you to my friend, Romy Sia of Healthy Options, for sharing this article to me.

The only ones I can answer 'Yes' to, is your second and third points. Yes, I have difficulty in sleeping but this is because I am usually thinking of all the things that need to be done the next day and maybe thinking of something that I have forgotten to do during the past day. I lack concentration because I am usually trying to think of so many things at the same time and then I forget about half of them. I hope you will overcome your problems and that you will soon be participating in your hobbies again. Your paper clay work sounds very interesting and I would love to know more about it. Take care.

My gosh...wizzzy, now I know why all your discussions are weird. I must quickly pack you away somewhere...don't worry, bunny says he will accompany you wherever you are. But beware, my bunny may be adorable, innocent to look at, but he has a fiery temper just like his momma..."ha, ha, ha...I love this...makes my mood swing back to normal"
