simple banana dessert

I love making these esp when we went camping or in winter we just chuck em in the fireplace.But u can put it in the oven too. Slice a banana lengthwise place on an aluminium foil, put some marshmallows and chocs in between the 2 slices of banana(i put lotsa of chocs on mine of cos lol) Wrap em up, put in hot oven till marshmallows n choc are melted and serve..yummm kids esp love it..

Hi sweetpuch...did some googling hehe..u can use corn syrup, maple syrup, treacle or evaporated sugar cane juice.Hope tat helps.Cheers!

you may even simplify this banana baked with chocolate & marhsmallow into banana popsicle . . . you just stick banana with a skewer then roll over your melted chocolate chips then over chopped nuts & mini mallows or colored candies then just wrap with plastic or foil then chill for few minutes just enough to harden the chocolate . serve immediately from fridge & more convenient if being pack for picnics & campings !

that sounds delicious and i have never come across that before, it is something i will definitely try out, i love sweet foods.
