I know that we aren't suppose to repeat responses that we have made to other discussions but I feel I need to in the case of John Couey (who abducted, raped then buried nine year old Jessica Lundsford alive). The original topic was where do spirits go when some is given the death penalty. I think that John Couey should have his tongue, fingers, toes and organ cut off then be buried alive under a large mound of fire ants.

Yes I agree with you there. I cant say I would worry what happened to his so called spirit! WHy should we care about scum, when a little girl was the victim not him. What about her spirit? Oh thats right he destroyed it. He should rot in hell for all of eternity.

One can only hope! Hopefully, laws will be written and enforced to help make these dispicible acts less common. It does seem that the justice system (in the U.S., especially) is more concerned about the accused rights then those of the victims.

You know, I think that's a fitting punishment. That would serve him right for all he put Jessica Lundsford and her family through. There are times I do believe in an eye for an eye and this is one of those cases. He deserves anything that they can do to him and more.
