Was this your first pregnancy? I had two miscarriages in one year. I am a parent of 3, and at the time wasn't even trying to conceive. Even though the pregnancies weren't "planned" I found the loss really hard to process. Each time I found out I was expecting, I thought well I guess the universe knows better than I that I am ready for another child- then it just ended. I'm now expecting again & it's very hard to temper my excitement because of course I am still worried that something could go wrong again. You may never understand why this happened to you. But the grief you feel will change & get easier to process. Just let yourself go through whatever you need to.

My step-sister had a misscarrage a few years ago and it was hard on all of us. Time and faith does heal a broken heart. A couple years after she had the miscarriage she got pregnant again and now has 2 beautifull children. She even says they dont totally take her mind off the one she lost but they help.

First I want to say, I'm very sorry for your loss. I miscarried in '00. It was a very hard time for me. I wasn't or did I want to get pregnant. That didn't stop the fact that my body was doing this. Not only I miscarried, but it didn't fully come to an end for almost 5 months. 9 months after I miscarried, I got pregnant again. She's 5 now and will be starting school for the first time in the fall. It does get easier. Will you forget?, No. Will it make you stronger?, Yes. So take it one day at a time. Take it easy, don't over do yourself. If you get tired, lay down and rest, and eat healthy. Again, I'm very sorry for your loss.
