How much water do you drink in a day?

A liter of water a day or more. But I'm sure I can't get more than two liters!

Since I have quit drinking pop I have found myself guzzling water about 6-8 bottles a day. You need to be drinking alot more water then one all the docs and nutritionalist will tell you anywhere from 8-12 glasses a day. You can supplement a few with a bottle of crystl light or tea but you need the water it helps flush out the fat and toxins and keeps you hydrated.. So drink up.

i try about 4 glasses a day at most? other times i supplement my fluids with freshly squeezed fruit juices and occasionally some cocoa drinks and coffe and tea.

i drink at least 10 glasses of water in day

I take at least 500ml of water a day. I will fill up my water bottle and usually finish befor ethe end of the day.

I do not drink a lot of water at all. The most I ever drink might be a glass of water all day long. I rather drink juice or coffee.

I drink alot...depending on what i do...its always great to keep hydrated but don't over do it...10-12 cups should be fine...more if your working out..!

I probably drink at least 8 glasses a day. I drink from a large water cup that my son often likes to steal and drink from too lol I am refilling it several times a day. I love my water.

Only one glass?? Thats too little! You sould drink much more water every day. I drink about 12 glasses of water every day. When I drink less- I start to feel really bad.

I drink water maybe once a week =( I need to change this I see Stacy
