how do you get referals and who gives you them? and what is this about a website .....do you need a website to get referals? im jst so new to this and eager to learn please help

at the bottom of this page on the left it will say your refereal copy that and paste it to your mates so they will join up and you will get money for refering people. btw heres another good site to earn money http://www.warm-mails.compages/index.php?refid-=jadeybabe

hey thanks and i will be makin you $ if and when i sign up from your referal from that other site eh:P i will sign up or check out taht other site and one more thing how do i make $ on here i know that u get $ for makin dicussions or responding to them but what is this about the postin pictures and gettin paid for that like what kind of pictures and how do you do it ? thanks
