Is the undertaker and kane really brothers, half brothers, or are they not brothers at all?

Undertaker's real name is Mark Calloway
Kane is Glen Jacobs or something like that.
There is no relation, and Undertaker has even wrestled before as "Kane the Undertaker" long long ago from what I understand.

Hi! I don't think they are brothers at all. I think that's just the storyline to say that they are brothers. :-)
