Moms out there...........

earings, in little boys - its a choice they need to make and not have to beacuse someone thinks it looks cute or for that matter cool.

At what age if any would you allow your son, yes, son to get earings? I have seen very young boys with them and i sometimes wonder if it was there choice or a influence by someone older.

Actually, My son has a earring in his ear. He will be 12 in a couple of weeks. He got his when he was 10. It's very possible he got the idea from my younger brothers both wear earrings. But, when he decided he wanted one, His grades and chores had to be done in order to get one. He did..So I stuck by my word and allowed him to get one.

Well, I for one will not let my sons get any piercings or tatoos until they are adults. Like, over 21 if I can help it. That's just me. I see alot of children with pierced ears but I cant say that I approve.

I am the mom of a 1 year old boy and I think that maybe when he's 30 he can make that decision. LOL This is a tough question, as a mother, I do not want him to do anything that is permanent or disfiguring until he is old enough to understand the repercussions. Here's an example, my husband was 16 when he pierced his left ear and now he's 32 and regrets it so bad! However, he was 22 when he got his first tattoo and doesn't regret a minute of it.

I know I am not supposed to be here since I am neither female nor a Mum. But hey, I really think it's kinda weird for a guy to wear earrings. Unless they are gay of course.. not that I am biased in any way...
