What do you think? Would ask him to quit himself? Would you give him another chance? How long can Real Madrid wait for him?

Real madrid's failure may not be due to the fault of Capello, the poor performance is due to the lack of enthuisiasm of football, they just want to get their high salaries every week and do not really care how they perform. Unless there are change of altitudes of the players, no matter who is the head coach, the result will be the same. Capelli will quit as he is not really happy ,,he may have found a better club than real madrid..

I get your point and agree in almost 100%. That is, I agree that it seems that players do not care very much about their play, just salaries. But I disagree that this is not Capello's fault. Trainer has to see these issues and get rid of them, motivating them in some other way, not just money... I think, that a trainer must do this... Thnxs for your post !

I gather from this Real Madrid aint doing what they should be doin. I would say sack the players as they are the ones on the pitch being piad stupid money. The managers are the scape goats nowadays and get sacked as a result of an under performing team Football players need to get proper jobs like Naomi Campbell...cleaning the toilets

You are right that they are earning TOO much money, but why aren't playing well? Are they regular soccer players?

Its whats called complacent. They know they are high profile and earn bi bucks, so sometimes it dont matter if they do or dont perform, they get paid there wages and appearence fees along with other stuff too. I have mates who play pro football, 1 is a sound guy, feet on the ground and plays for the love of the game and yes he gets paid silly money and has admitted it, but this other so called chap i knew is a complete ........ Wouldnt believe i actually love football would you

I am getting your point. But for these (ex)"galactics" players, to play not so bad would not be an effort. They can play much better without big effort. That's why I went into trainer. I think issue is there... What do u think?

I definitely feel that Capello is not the right man for Real. He is a great coach for Italian teams, but for a team which believes in playing free flowing football, Capello is not the right man. I still feel the blunder that Real did in sacking Del Bosque for not winning the Champions League three years back has come to haunt them. Cheers! Ram

He should leave the club. The magic between manager and the teamplayers is over. Real needs a new trigger, and may be a new manager can bring back some good football in the team.

Exactly. If manager cannot recover from this and Club manager neither. Something has to be changed...the team trainer...
