What Do You Think?

I've just learned from a friend of the family that a childhood friend became a drug addict. Strung out on crack cocaine. Now to the heart of the matter. This childhood friend set his widowed mother up with one of his ex-boyfriends (yes he's gay and is HIV positive). The mother died a couple of years ago of tongue cancer and AIDS. AIDS were passed along to her from the son's ex-boyfriend. So do you think the son is a MURDERER for knowingly setting his mother up with someone exposed to the HIV/AIDS virus????

I'd have to answer yes, but to me, that is just low down.

This is sick... Well, maybe if it can be proven in court that the son knowingly the conditions of the gay friend and didn't disclosed this to his mother ... then maybe he can be tried for murder. Specially if the son has valuable inheritance coming from her mother - which sufficient enough as reason or grounds for murder.
