Need to design complex A3 size forms. Print the template then fill in data.

The forms will be used to write medical data at a hospital, an ICU ward. My need is to print the template in large numbers. No data will be entered electronically at first anyway. Various doctors and staff will write on them patient related info.

Well you will need to first design the whole template and then go for printing via a desktop publishing company Dtp
