Do you trust the people you work wtih?

I deal with steel reject claims on a daily basis and I recently discovered that a fellow co-worker has been going through my drawers and pulling my claims out. I keep a spreadsheet on my desktop of all the claims that I have put in my drawers for quick reference and I delete them after I put through the claim. Lately I've been noticing that there are claims on my spreadsheet but not in my drawers. I can tell when this co-worker has been in my drawer because he pulls out a whole file and then he'll put it in backwards. From now on I'll have to lock my drawer and take my keys with and I think thats sad. Has anyone else come across this?? Do you have to lock your drawers or shut down your computer so no one else can access your files??? Shouldn't we be able to trust our co-workers??
